STREAM developed multi-hazard maps and identified hotspots for disaster risk reduction using nature-based approaches. The project focused on: Analyzing climate change impacts on hydrology and ecosystems. Proposing eco-engineering solutions to mitigate risks and enhance biodiversity. Collaborating with policymakers to integrate these solutions into Albania’s institutional framework.
