STREAM performed safety assessments for the five largest dams in Kosovo. The scope of work included: Conducting hydrological and hydraulic modeling to simulate extreme flood scenarios with return periods of up to 10,000 years. Designing Early Warning Systems and monitoring networks to enhance dam safety and minimize risks. Providing recommendations for structural and operational improvements to extend dam lifespan and ensure regulatory compliance.
